design process + details
share inspiration: i’m sure you have a ton of images saved or pinned on how you envision your wedding. is it modern, classic, or romantic? i would love it if you shared images that have inspired you while planning your special day. whether it’s your color palette, florals, location, dress etc. These images will help me get a better idea of your wedding and help me curate a unique wedding invitation just for you.
get a quote: once you’ve reached out and sent all the inspiration, i will put together a quote with all pieces and quantities needed. next, i will send you a detailed invoice for you to look over. once everything looks good on the invoice, a deposit (50% of total)is required for me to get started on the design process.
design: once I start designing i will also order any supplies needed. you will receive your first proof approximately 1-2 weeks from when deposit is received. once i have your design(s) complete i will send you a proof for approval or for revision notes (one set of revisions included).
production: after your custom invitation is finalized and approved by you i will prep all your files to be sent to the print shop. printing timeline are as follows: flat printing: 5-7 business day, specialty printing (letterpress, foil etc.): 10-12 business days. once I pick up your pieces from the print shop they will be mailed to you within 1-2 days and you should expect to receive your invitation pieces within 5-7 business days. if assembly is needed that will be an additional 3 business days to complete.
